Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The product has a manufacturing issue that affects normal use.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

This helps us review your request faster.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference after receiving the product
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Normal signs of use or wear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Water damage caused by improper use of the watch

Please check product specifications carefully before placing your order.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order details and evidence of the issue.
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  4. Return the item only after receiving confirmation from our team.

Do not send products back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, GetPoedagar will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

After an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
